Bald Eagles, unique to North America, disappeared from most of California in the mid 1980s. Learn first hand, how bald eagle chicks were brought from Canada and carefully raised in Central California, to seed a new population on the west coast. Bald Eagles are now nesting in Sonoma and Napa Counties. This public nature lecture series is a partnership with Sonoma Birding and Sonoma County Regional Parks.
